MyTellus.com is a venue for everybody who wants travel abroad, as well as for those who have done or will do so. This is where you find all the alternatives for work and studies abroad. This is also where you can get to know and communicate with others who are planning to live, work or study abroad, or with people who wish to share their experiences from past travels. MyTellus is simply the natural meeting place and source of information for all people with a sense of adventure and the world around them.

Who is behind MyTellus.com?
The site was created by the Swedish Centre for International Youth Exchange (CIU), a non profit NGO devoted to giving an overall picture of the wide variety of youth exchanges and other paths out into the world. With the knowledge and experience that we have acquired over the years, CIU has become an authority on youth exchange in Sweden, and we have created MyTellus.com as a fun and easily accessible way to share this knowledge with as many people as possible.

How did the site get its name?
People with a sense of adventure seek knowledge. And it is for you, who have an appetite for exploring the world, that we have created MyTellus.com. When we named the site, we went for a name that fully would reflect its purpose. The name MyTellus has a double meaning and can signify either "my Earth" (Tellus is the Latin name for planet Earth) or "My! Tell us!". So if you as a member of MyTellus.com will just let your thirst for knowledge rule, we offer you access to the whole wide world.
